Hello dear Sir or Madam,
First I would like to apologize for the delay in replying, I was on vacation shortly after my visit to the Porsche Center.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided to me by Porsche Velezy.
I took my Cayenne to solve 2 problems and none of them were solved:
1 - problem with the brake, part of the safety car that is very serious and important, it makes a very loud noise when it is activated when it is stopping and also, now sometimes when I am at low speed I have the impression that it fails and I I have to press it harder, I even put my hand on the emergency brake as a precaution. In this problem the technician told me that the noise is normal because it is a new electronic brake system, unacceptable response, a Porsche with a noise like that is not acceptable, sometimes when I brake my Porsche on street, the car next to it looks shocked at the noise that do, besides this problem sometimes I have to use hard and deeper to stop him, which is the most worrying thing at the moment. I ask: Where is the security of owning a Porsche?
2- A few months ago there was an engine oil change notice on the car's dashboard, I found it strange because the last Cayenne that I had the change was much later than 1 year or 8000 KM (run-in on that date). One more disappointment, the technician told me that it was a system mistake and that there's nothing to do as he does not know show to fix it, so as a result now I always have a warning of a problem on the car dashboard and I don't know as I will not receive the warning on the appropriate date for the engine oil change.

Je tiens d'abord à m'excuser pour le délai de réponse, j'étais en vacances peu de temps après ma visite au Centre Porsche.
Je suis très déçu et insatisfait du service qui m'a été fourni par Porsche Velezy.
J'ai pris mon Cayenne pour résoudre 2 problèmes et aucun d'entre eux n'a été résolu :
1 - problème avec le frein, partie de la voiture de sécurité qui est très grave et importante, elle fait un bruit très fort quand elle est actionnée quand elle s'arrête et aussi maintenant parfois quand je suis à basse vitesse j'ai l'impression qu'elle échoue et je dois appuyer plus fort, j'ai même mis la main sur le frein d'urgence par précaution. Dans ce problème le technicien m'a dit que le bruit est normal car c'est un nouveau système de freinage électronique, réponse inacceptable, une Porsche avec un bruit comme ça n'est pas acceptable, parfois quand je freine ma Porsche, la voiture à côté a l'air stupéfaite le bruit qu'il fait, outre ce problème, je dois parfois utiliser fort et plus profondément pour l'arrêter, ce qui est la chose la plus préoccupante en ce moment. Je demande : où est la sécurité de posséder une Porsche ?
2- Il y a quelques mois il y avait un avis de changement d'huile moteur sur le tableau de bord de la voiture, j'ai trouvé ça étrange car le dernier Cayenne que j'ai eu le changement était bien plus tard que 1 an ou 8000 KM (rodage à cette date). Encore une déception, le technicien m'a dit qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur système et qu'il n'y a rien à faire car il ne sait pas montrer pour la réparer, donc du coup, maintenant j'ai toujours un avertissement d'un problème sur le tableau de bord de la voiture et Je ne sais pas car je ne recevrai pas l'avertissement à la date appropriée pour le changement d'huile moteur.
