The appointment was at 9:00 and I arrived at 8:50, but had to wait till 9:30 to meet, so why do we do appointments?
I shared some problems with the car body (5 issues: front driving door does not close well; 2 issues on the tailgate; 2 scratches, and pictures were taken) and the electronics (3 issues with a) cruise control, b) left low and high beam lights and c) AdBlue system malfunctions communicated twice; these issues appeared and disappeared - without any intervention - some days later, but are not nice to get when you drive).
When I went to pick-up the car in the afternoon, there was only one guy and he was not able to explain anything about the car issues and the electronics, so I could only take the car without any information and was quite disappointed. I mean normally somebody should explain to the customer what has been checked, what they found and eventually what to do in the future to fix some car body issues. Anyhow I found that two car body issues (out of 5) had been fixed, and I was happy to see the car cleaned well inside and not-so-well outside.
