As usual, the service and staff were excellent. However, this time it took all day to do the service due to having to replace something in the engine. This was not a problem and I was warned in advance. The only problem I had was that the vehicle they lent me was absolutely awful. It was an automatic and not user friendly at all. I couldn't use the satnav since I didn't have a Toyota account. When I left the garage to go back home in the loan car, one of the Toyota people used his account to get the satnav to direct me home. I had to use Waze to get directions back to the garage in the evening. The car, at one point, actually had the cheek to ask if I wanted to take a break after I had been driving for only 30 minutes!
As I have said before, the staff are superb but the loan vehicles are absolutely awful!
