initially I booked a service on-line with Mazda through the Mazda app to find that the garage in Nice had no information about the rendez-vous. I was rescheduled to Le Cannet, Mozart service centre to have the service made on my car. The service took place and was OK but,
1. When I tired to call to confirm the rendez-vous or possibly change it, I could not get through directly, after trying several telephone numbers for about 45 minutes, each time I was always diverted to a stupid Mazda call centre with an AI BOT Sandrine asking me about if want to buy a Mazda of request a service, which is neither of what I wanted.
Eventually Mazda called me back with a physical person to confirm the appointment but, could not assist with changing the date of the rendez-vous. A useless exercise and complete waste of time.
Based on the above, It was extremely difficult and time consuming to arrange an appointment with Mazda for a very simple 1000, 000 KM service for my car.
Based on the above issues I'm reluctant to,
A. but another Mazda and,
B, have a service on my car from now on carried out at Mazda. I'll do it myself next time as its cheaper and easier to arrange.
To be honest, it really was the most difficult rendez-vous I have ever had to make for any car to be serviced which I have owned. I have owned, VM, BWM and Toyota. Toyota are by far the best service and after sales with Mazda Mozart Autos unfortunately being the lowest.
