Comme d'habitude le service que j'ai reçu de Kia, Le Mans était excellent. Je suis très heureux avec eux. Le directeur et le personnel sont très polis et serviables. J'habite à une heure du garage mais je préfère quand même les utiliser plutôt qu'un garage près de chez moi.
Il n'y a qu'un seul problème que je sais que le garage a essayé de régler. Quand je conduis, la voiture m'avertit de garder mes mains sur le volant MAIS mes mains sont toujours sur le volant. Parfois, il y a un bip continu et la seule façon de l'arrêter est de retirer mes mains du volant. C'est très ennuyeux et dangereux car cela me distrait constamment. Cela gâche une voiture par ailleurs merveilleuse,
As usual the service I received from Kia , Le Mans was excellent. I am very happy with them. The manager and staff are very polite and helpful. I live an hour from the garage but I still prefer to use them rather than a garage local to me.
There is only one problem which I know the garage has tried to sort out. When I am driving the car will warn me to keep my hands on the wheel BUT my hands are always on the wheel. Sometimes there is a continuous beeping and the only way I can stop it is to take my hands OFF the wheel. It is very annoying and dangerous as it constantly distracts me. It spoils an otherwise wonderful car,
