Unfortunately, whilst on a family road trip from the UK, our car broke down near Paris. The Porsche centre was very busy, and advised us that the earliest available slot for repairs was in at least 4 days time. However, when I explained my predicament, that I was travelling with my wife and children, Kevin and his team went the extra mile, and managed to get the new part ordered, delivered, and the car ready for the next day.
Unbelievably great service, I have never experienced this from any other dealership. Highly commended, and highly recommended!
