I was VERY satisfied with the entire experience. I was greeted when I arrived, with the chief mechanic we inspected my car before they took it in and he explained the proceedure very clearly. I then settled in with a book and was surprised when he came back a half hour before the time that had been announced, to say that my car was ready.
In short, it couldn't have been better. Keep up the good work and compliment your people for me!
