The moment we entered the dealership, we were warmly welcomed. The sales representative, Mr. Lucca Bertolotti, took care of us. He was extremely polite, kind, and friendly. Considering we were foreigners unfamiliar with the rules of the country and the city, he guided us in an incredibly helpful and thoughtful manner. He recommended a model that would allow us to enter all zones and park for free. From the initial purchase to the delivery of the vehicle, it was an absolutely excellent experience.
