Very professional and patient member of staff, my french isn’t perfect and there were some technical terms that needed explaining. This was done very respectfully. I never at any stage felt hurried into making a decision. I would without hesitation recommend Toyota and le groupe Eric CHELI at SEVREY. My overall experience was excellent.
