We were very grateful to Jaguar Vannes. The Customer Service in Vannes was excellent throughout our experience. Maxim and the Receptionist were extremely helpful, professional, polite, thorough and both of them demonstrated excellent willingness to ensure that we had a very high quality service. Thank you so much to Maxim and the Receptionist who were outstanding.
We are very glad that we didn't have to use Jaguar Nantes as the Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, telling us we should be contacting Jaguar France and then providing the wrong contact telephone number for Jaguar France and advising incorrect information because we called Jaguar France and spoke to an advisor and he explained that Jaguar France do not work on UK Jaguar cars..
