I was greatly disappointed with the customer service. I went to drop off my car for a yearly review and mentioned a few things that needed to be checked. Instead of listening to what I was saying, he was rushing. When I returned to pick up the car, none of the issues I had mentioned were addressed.
I had to reschedule another appointment for the car to be checked by a mechanic, who then confirmed the problem I had initially mentioned. After that, they told me they would order a part and call me to set up another appointment, which they never did. I had to call them when I noticed it had been a while.
Finally, I dropped off the car again, and they told me they would call me to confirm whether I could pick it up the same day or the following day. Once again, I never received a call. I had to call them myself, only to be told that the car could be collected two days later.
When I went to pick up the car, I was wrongly billed over 700 euros, which was removed only after I pointed out that the car is under warranty.
I find that some of the employees either lack proper customer service skills or simply don’t care about their customers.
