Hi, we have a big damage at our rims on the way to our holiday. We cannot drive further at this time. We came 1 hour before opening hours to the BMW Envergure chalons and Mr. Manuel Ferreira Da Costa welcome us and help us. They check the damage and solutions, then we order new rims and all what we else need. Manuel was so kind and helpful, he drives us to the car rental and help us a lot to manage the rent details because we can‘t speak french and at the car rental speak nearly no english. Manu was the man of the day and we are so thankful for his help and the best service in the world which I got till now. Thank you very much for all you have done for us!!
