I turned up without an appointment with a flat tyre. The team welcomed me in immediately, even though they seemed busy. The diagnosis and quote for a new tyre took about 20 minutes, and it was fitted and paid for within a half hour. The team were polite and helpful, and got me the best price for the tyre. Great service and all done in record time, which l really appreciated, especially as l hadn't booked.
